The thing is, I don't really want to have a dependency on MSDTC, which I believe would be the case if I used TransactionScope. After all, my transactions aren't distributed - just nested.
Are you sure about that? I was under the impression that it should be smart enough whenever you have connections to the same db, but I could be wrong...
