If you read the releasenotes immediately after download, and you are using
Oracle, you should understand that "removed" mean that you should change
your configuration in order to use the new dialect implementation."Remove"
mean that the class does not exists anymore.

Now... there is something else we can do, for sure.
So far NH try to use a generic base dialect, perhaps what we should do is
throw an exception if the dialect does not exists.

What I think is that our friend, Shane, read the releasenotes after see the
problem... ;) I'm pretty sure.

Btw now every body know that the old implementation was removed... problem
solved.
