I think Fabio asked to find where it is only to show there is a
releasenotes.txt file there saying something about Oracle. He was not
stating it was releasing. Fabio itself wrote this message and announced the
release.

If you think the releasenotes.txt are not clear (i didn't read it) i think
the best is to suggest what to change there.
