Where should I look in order to find a way to provide a patch?

I found this:

http://fisheye3.atlassian.com/browse/nhibernate/trunk/nhibernate/src/NHibernate/Dialect/MySQLDialect.cs?r=4118

Is this where you keep your codebase? It seems someone has already
included unsigned integers in the mysql dialect, maybe it hasn't been
merged into the live trunk?
