I have reverted the configuration to just use a normal map with a one- to-many association. This way my POC must contain an ID which is what I wanted to avoid as that is the beauty of the map with an composite element.
If anybody knows a way how to have a <set> or alike within a <composite-element> then I am very interested. As it would be nice to have POC's in a composite instead of aggregate design for this.
