I've been trying to get schema export to provide consistent primary
key names. The last info I found on this was here
http://groups.google.com/group/nhusers/browse_thread/thread/59cdeb20dbff5b73/7542e2d0448f397c?lnk=gst&q=primary++name#7542e2d0448f397c
but they ended up using a workaround. I've actually used a workaround
too (http://www.primordialcode.com/blog/post/nhibernate-give-primary-
key-schemaexport-sql-server-sql-express) but its not ideal. Does this
functionality exist in NH?

The reason I want this is that I use a comparison tool to compare my
dev db with the version from my mapping, and then I generate the
change scripts. Without consistency of key names, the databases never
match.
