Are you seeing this on assignment?
in LINQ I have seen this error when I assign my custom type to another
type. Although it should be castable it does not work.
class PurchaseOrder
{
UserTypeDate OrderDate{get;set;}
}
class OrderSummary
{
DateTime OrderedDate{get;set;}
}
var purchaseQuerey =from po in session.Query<PurchaseOrder>()
select new OrderSummary(){
OrderedDate = po.OrderDate
};
