Yes, whenever I try to do anything the the custom type, I get the casting
error. Although, as Fabio said, it works fine with HQL :).

I'm not sure that this is the same bug as described in NH-2334 though as
that throws an NHibernate.HibernateException and I'm getting
an NHibernate.QueryException.

For now though, I'll use HQL.
