Steve, Thanks for the response, yes it is to do a diff. Unfortunately their changes are so convoluted that I have found it impossible to do a direct diff against the current and get a working version. The "only hope" I have is to be able to isolate exactly what their changes were against the build they originally used.
(Have you ever tried to do a meaningful diff after someone has run ReSharpers "ReOrder Type Members" and done substantive re-naming, along with chnging some of the types passed to internal methods, etc. etc. etc.??) I could not find a link to the svn repositories (I am semi-OK on the "main" nHibernate - but I have nothing for the other elements such as all of the caches...). If I can get the repository url (along wit read permissions) I can install svn (that will be two days of paperwork and waiting here, since they are not an SVN shop, and have tight control over what is installed) and try to find the right point in time. I was really hoping to find a source for the downloadable zips that existed in 2008. I know (from looking at history) that they did the upgrade on15-Apr-2008. It looks like they did NOT upgrade the contrib things along with the core, and then made a series of changes (that dont look like their style, so I am thinking upgrades) during the later parts of 2008 David ----------------- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "nhusers" group.
