Thanks for your reply. Even I saw command timeout is deprecated and got confuse.

I hope, I have to use ADO.net timeout property to extend SP/query execution to 
avoid timeout of that request.

Do you know, how we can apply globally in hibernate for timeout setting instead 
individual
