I got my backpack from Fry's. Also MicroCenter on the west loop has a lot of bags to choose from. I wish I could find one that was waterproof for the bike though. I've got wet gear for me if it rains, but not for my backpack. For grips I went with the "Comfort Road" foam grips from Grab-on. They've been pretty comfortable so far.
