I have seen laptop duffles at wal-mart for somewhere around $20. They might not be of the backpack variety though. As for the mirror, I do not think there is any way you can adjust them if they get loose. Look for a screw somewhere on the back or underside of the mirror. If there is one, then you are in luck. Harleys have them (for obvious reasons) but Honda's don't vibrate as much as Harleys do.

It is the rectangular type that attaches and swivels at the corner and when I get to about 50 mph it swings back out of adjustment due to the wind. Is there a way to tighten this type of mirror?
