You don't need a new exhaust belt.  J C Whitney has a new liquid, called 
Boeltox, that shrinks the wrinkles in the old belt and makes it a perfect fit!

      Haven't you read the manuals, or the literature that comes with the 
replacement fluid?  It's like antifreeze - only, you change it every 30,000 
miles. That is, unless the taillights are constantly exposed to the sun.  Then 
it could be after 20,000 miles.  And, it turns brown because of rust, unless 
you have the newer reflectors that are plastic...
