It's not good to use carb cleaner because it could disolve the paint, if it is good carb cleaner. If Fine Cut Cleaner won't get it out, it's because the stain has permeated the paint surface too deeply; however it will at least make it look better and smooth out the surface. Regretfully, in such a case, the alternative to remove the rest of the discoloration is re-paint. Stanley
