So you put the pitbull in the tree, attached by the same string to the cat,
the net, and the bells. Now you've got the punk knocking bikes over trapped
in a net, ringing bells, a cat stuck to his head, and a pitbull trying to
get to the cat...
More seriously, the only alarm I've found is this one

It doesn't mention a motion sensor though.
