One of my signal bulb's was blown.  After replacing the bulb & fuse, the horn & TL worked, but no signals.

It ended up being the signal relay.

When trying to solve this problem I found out the wiring diagram in the Clymer book was wrong.

Kyle Munz had the same problem

I have checked the fuses and all looked fine, I also coated each with
some electrical gel. But, perhaps I'll check again. Do you know if the
horn is also on that fuse.

One other point that may or may not be useful: I have an indicator
light in the dash, above the neutral light, which just says "Tail
light" -- I don't have an owner's manual so I don't know what this
means. Any chance this narrows things down at all?
