I'm slowly redoing an '85 CB650SC and tried to do something with the valve cove
and the side covers. No luck, couldn't get the clear coat off enough. Gave up
and took the parts to a gentleman that shines stuff. Not cheap but lordy what a
shine, then had to take all the Aluminum pieces to him as well as they looked
so bad compared to the others he'd done. Had two valve covers done so one will
be for sale shortly.
