Lovely sweepers. Reminds me of when I was stationed at Pearl Harbor in the Navy. There was an extinct volcano called Punchbowl, which featured tight twisties on the way up and long gentle sweepers on the way down.
Used to wow dates by getting to the top on a moonlit night, cut off engine and lights and coast all the way down. You could see the lights of Honolulu and Waikiki and the abrupt darkness of the Pacific from there. This was before helmets and road-rash gear and probly pretty dumb, but gawd, what a rush! --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Nighthawk Motorcycle Lovers!" group.
