Dennis.  I won't know for sure till tomorrow just because I forget.   
I'm pretty sure however it is the side the bike leans to on the side  
stand - the left side? It's the side the overflow tube from the  
battery is on, which as I think of it, may be on the right side.   
Rear brake shoes will need replacing too.  I see Dennis Kirk has them  
and I see used ones on e-bay.  It's that left side cover that will be  
hard to find/expensive.
Are you familiar with Bob Logue, the Honda dealer in Williamsport? He  
has a museum of vintage Honda bikes, Graham
