Nice Bike Graham. It is the Same Color as mine. R-8C-S Candy Presto Red, on Paul's Web-Site I found link to a Site called Vintage Honda Paint.Com and I actually contacted the Owner Don Deittric and he Custom mixes this Color Paint. He says what he sells is a Kit with everything you need to Repaint your Bike this Color for $149.00 or most any other old Honda Color. As far as your Muffler, this must be something that happens quite frequently cause my Right Side Muffler has Acid Marks also but just not as bad as yours. The Chrome Paint I used to cover mine was Dupli-Color Chrome it's the closest I found to matching so far. Eastwood might have something that would be close to matching Chrome Paint.
