I have a 1985 Honda Nighthawk 450 and I would really like to put a
sissy bar on it. I do not know anyone who can make fabrication parts
and I cannot find anything equatable. I can't even get a grab bar on
it because it was only made for a 650. Now I know it can be done
because I have seen it on these bikes. I also know that the 1986 450
had the sissy bar as an add on which I am fairly certain could fit on
mine, but that too is so hard to find. What should I do? (besides
giving up) I am not rich and not willing to pay a lot (just married
college student), but I know it can be done. I would be satisfied with
a grab bar if someone knows a grab bar that happens to fit this model.
Please give me some ideas if you have any.
