If you added water, then you weakened the solution; how much, depends on how 
much water you had to add....
It is not the same as water evaporating out of solution, you lost the whole , 
and it should be replaced with same.

86 700s nh had no drainage tube for battery. acid was messing up frame and 
exaust. added drainage tube with no cap on the end. when i drove it the air 
syphoned out the battery acid. added water and capped the tube. everything back
