I'll 2nd the relay motion - I had to get one myself
 
I made the mistake of getting one at a slavage yard that didn't work. 
 
I wasn't aware that it made a clicking sound when it worked properly.
 
I wasted a lot of time troubleshooting for nothing

The blinkers will work intermittently.They never work right away but usually after 3-4 minutes they decide to work. Sometimes  they don't go on at all. Could  this be a switch issue or a wiring issue? Looking for any info you can give me.
