Hondaline made a backrest/luggage rack that is designed to fit the
91-03 Nighthawk (nothing else that I know of will fit the rear
bodywork). They've been out of production for years, but you can
still find them new if you search around the 'net. Do a Google search
for the part number "08F75-MW3-100". A couple of friends bought
Nighthawks this year and were able to find the backrests brand new for
between $180 - $200. Here's a link to a pic of my bike with the
backrest installed :

For windshields, I've been a big fan of National Cycle. They have
everything from small flyscreens to full covereage fairings. I got
the Plexifairing 3 for my Nighthawk :

Just go to www.nationalcycle.com and click on "Products by Bike"

While you're at it, if your bike didn't come with a centerstand
(they were optional), you definitely want to look into getting one.
Hondaline also made these and you can still find them. Search for
part number "50600-MW3-810"

Good luck, and welcome to Nighthawkhood!
