Doubtful, since the bag is fitted to their system. I'm thinking the back rest pad and the little zip bag on the back would be too thick to accommodate the sleeve that secures the Ventura bag(s). I say bags because there are two -- the sleeve of one slides over the bar and though it doesn't touch the passenger seat, it occupies the area over it. The second bag zips to the first and is supported by the rack.
But you could query them. They are pretty responsive. I was concerned about fitment to the Nighthawk 750 and they sent me illustrated installation instructions. The complete system is on my wish list.
