So, did you check for ignition ? I'd say handlebar switch but that's too easy.

To: [email protected] Date: Thursday, December 31, 2009, 8:44 PM My 85 700SC won't start. I rode it today and it went fine. Then I went to start it again and it is acting like it is not getting fire to the plugs. I removed each plug and it is getting fire, good compression, and not making any funny noises when turning over. It just won't start. Fresh tank of gas also. I drained the bowls and they had a very small amount of flecks in there. Nothing to worry about though. It usually fires right up with zero delay and that has got me puzzled. I even tried to push start it and nothing there either. Besides changing the plugs, (they need to be changed anyway) Does anyone have any other ideas that I could try? I just hope it is not anything internal, Like a timing chain. Jeff Rumer (Magilla) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Nighthawk Motorcycle Lovers!" group.
