Try a Google search, also try De-Oxit as a search parameter.

I've found a description of Cramolin paste, but I have not found
anyone who sells it.  After striking out at three parts stores and a
Honda dealership (none of them had ever heard of it), I am assuming
this is normally not used for automotive purposes.  Any suggestions as
to where I might find some?
