i believe that is actually normal operations for these motorcycles...i
have an '83 650 as well...I keep mine on a battery tender...and also
try not to let it stay below 2500 RPMs...check out the electrical
trouble shooting tips on the main nighthawk site by the same guy that
runs this forum... hondanighthawks.com i think
