Avery Island is here in La., about 40 miles from where I live at this time. You really need to try some of those spicy preserves McIlhenny makes, not just the Tabasco Hot Sauce. The Chinese have sweet and sour; McIlhenny has hot and sweet, hot and sour (Tabasco), and no sweet and sour... Stanley
