Mine didn't start when I bought it. It had sat for 6 -8 months. I
cleaned the carbs, checked the plugs and put it back together and
started fine. I sold it on the weekend. It ran great once it warmed
up. Why won't yours start? How long since it last ran?

I think it needs 5-10 minutes before it runs smoothly - would you call
that long? (But at the moment it doesn't start at all :-( )
