Hi everybody, 83 Nighthawk 650. My carburetors are dripping fuel from the drain holes. Mostly on the inner two. I have made sure the drain screws are snugged down. Going by the Clymer manual, the drain hole has an o- ring that goes in it. I am guessing by past maintenance finds on the bike that not many people have drained the carbs in the past like I have the last two winters and that those o-rings are probably junk by this point. Can I pull those drain screws and replace the o-rings without a lot of trouble, or do I have to pull the whole carb assembly out? Anyone know if I can even get those o-rings anymore? Do I have to buy a whole carb kit? Or am I off the mark here?
