Ok so this one seems a little (actually a lot) strange to me, but I hope someone on here, has heard of this before and can tell where to start to look for a problem. It seems that that after my bike has sat unused for a couple of days (2 or 3) when I first turn the key to the 'On" position there is a quick (what sounds like) engagement of the solenoid and starter. It only lasts for about 1/2 second. Just long enough to actually hear it. It will only happen once after sitting for a few days. No matter how many times I turn igition on and off to get it to repeat it does not. It has to sit. The bike in question is 85 CB750SC.
