Most carbs have a screw on the bottom... This screw will ither drain the carb through a seprate opening or drop the bowl off the carb all toghether... To "refill" them somply hook them back up and attempt to start... They will be full within seconds of vac at the petcock... (Btw my cb250 does not have a vac line onn the petcock...
