Depends on how "non functional" it is. Do they just mean the back lights,
the tach? the speedo? both gauges (doubtful), or just the LCD for the gear
indicator and fuel gauge? I've got an extra gauge cluster for a 650 where
everything except the LCDs are functional. I can't figure out why the LCDs
are dead, but I'm no electrical engineer either.
