The trip odometer on my '83 650 hasn't worked since I got the bike three years ago. (12K mi.) I haven't gotten around to looking into it, but am thinking it's time. It doesn't advance at all. I've reset it, so it just displays zeros. I've not yet explored how this works, or if I can even get inside the instrument cluster to examine it. I would appreciate any thoughts anyone might have, or experience with this, before I tear it apart.
