Agree with Surfswab. No one made an aftermarket backrest for the '91-'03 models. Too bad, because I wouldn't mind some variety. Everybody that owns this bike has exactly the same backrest.
I looked around for one for years before I finally caved in and bought the OEM backrest. I found some places in Europe that made accessories for the Euro version of the CB750. Unfortunately, the tail section on those bikes is very different from the US model and it wouldn't fit. I did find some pretty interesting looking German crash bars that I think I'm going to spring for.
