ok dennis i checked out some of your posts as suggested...waiting on my kit it shipped out today (Wed 5/26)...anyway...
i rebuilt my starter around june of last year so i was a bit shocked that the brushes broke off or wore out so quickly!...but as i was reading your posts and looking at your pics...i realized that i didn't rotate or smooth out the armature...as suggested in your posts...so could you or someone else give me a little more information on doing that...i have a stepnephew who rebuilds forklift starters...wonder if he could help with this? some before and after photos would be great also...if anyone has them... thanks....
