The 13" matches the width of the buddy strap bolts. But the rear bolting configuration doesn't make sense. The 14 or so inches is ok, however where to bolt onto a 450. The fender struts, that mounting bolts go through, is over hung by the plastic fender. And the tail light post has a notch which indexes into the strut. Doesn't look like the tailight post would index through these luggage rack holes. The fender strut middle mounting bolt, allen head, again dosen't make sense since the lugage rack mounting bracket cannot mount under the fender strut. And mounting over the top of the fender strut would look dumb.
