When I cleaned my tank I filled it full of that B12 Chem Cleaner or whatever it was called, a few ball bearings, stopped it all up with rubber stoppers, then strapped it to the tailgate of my truck and drove like an #$#hole all over the bumpiest streets in Houston. I rinsed it out afterwards and used a blow drier to make sure I had it all evaporated and evacuated before sealing it.
