I rode my '83 650 for 344 miles 2 weekends ago for a donut. We chronicled (sp) the trip on youtube. Look up Donut Run 2010 and you'll see my bike a few times... it ran great through the wind, rain, and hot sun. I agree with one of the earlier posts tho, breaking it up into 40-60 mile stops, or even 100 miles makes for a much more enjoyable day.
