You are right Kyle, is Taiwan, and I guess they are also right, Taiwan is not China! I need to be fare and say that part of the delay in the transaction was my fault. My paypal account is not hooked up to my credit card but to my bank account. When I pay it usually takes few days to make the funds available to the seller. Of course, they don't start the shipping process until that. Otherwise, I have not complains so far.
