It does. Recognized IPA (isopropyl alcohol) and naptha (lighter fluid), but not pale oil, so looked it up. It's described as a "napthenic" fine oil, I guess meaning it's distilled from crude in much the same process that produces naptha -- but they halt the refining while it still has some lubricity to it.
