In March I rode a bike back from Las Vegas that had a fly screen. It was
worthless for anything. 776 miles with nothing to keep the wind and other crap
off of me. I gave it away and put a proper windshield on my bike.

Subject: [Nighthawk Lovers] small screen

I own a '95 Nighthawk which is going great, however I get blown about
quite a bit on the highway when going flat out... I'm wondering if a
small fly screen that attaches to the headlight bracket will be worth
getting?

I've seen ones made by Givi:
http://www.givi.co.uk/Screens--spoilers/Cupolini-universali-en/A210

and Kappa:
http://www.kappamoto.com/catalogo-online/eng/gruppo/*Parabrezza*/sottogruppo/*Universal+cockpit+screens*/serie/*KA200*/

Does anyone have any experience or advice with small fly screens? I
don't want anything too big to ruin the look of the bike - but will a
small screen even make a difference?

Thanks

Brian
