I don't think the Tomahawk ever made it into production. It was originally
just a media grabber to bring attention to the new viper engine. There was
interest in it so they considered hand making a few. From what I read it was
more stable than it looked. The crank of that big engine was below the
axle-line of the wheels so it didn't try to flip over when you revved it.
