No way a 1980's SilverWing resembles a Nighthawk. The SW came with a
500 and 650 (1983) twin cyl vertical V sort of - the whole bike is a
different shape. I can't think of anything similar except both have
a wheel at both ends.
I think you're looking at a repainted Nighthawk. Some of the members
have repainted Nighthawks 650's and 550's. Some are
'shaved' (decals stripped off and not replaced)

I am looking for someone in the Brockville/Ottawa area to balance my
carbs (84 CB650SC). Can anyone recommend a Honda tech or shade tree
mechanic to perform this service? If anyone on the forum has
experience doing this I would gladly pay you to perform the balance.
I can also travel to upstate NY or west towards Toronto.
