One word: Don't! (try to ride in a hurricane)

There's more than just wind and water in them. Flying trees, for
example. Road signs. Pieces of metal roofing. Whatever's not nailed
down, and some things that are. Things that can hurt you.

A wind driven 2 x 4 can penetrate a piece of plywood. A good blow can
move a house off its foundation. Trash cans, lawn furniture get
tossed about like kids' toys -- you get the picture.

Doubtful the wind would allow you to stay upright on a motorcycle,
anyway, but it's best to stay inside and battened down, rather than go
out and play in one, even a low category, so-called mild one.
