No problem here.

Can't think of anything under there that would be damaged by getting
wet.  If there are wiring connectors you might get some moisture, but
probably nothing that couldn't be cured with a couple squirts of Caig
Deoxit (Google it.  It is to electrical connections what Seafoam is to
fuel systems).

There's nothing heat-producing under there.  Just a battery and an
airbox.
