I know I live in a unique and very isolated place but...... In Hawaii if you are caught going over 95 miles per hour you go to jail, your vehicle (Car, Motorcycle, truck) is impounded and your insurance goes up big time. Seams like a good law to me.
What strikes me about this article, and most of the ones like this, is that they talk about restricting / changing the law for Motorcycles but not cars. Seems like these laws should apply to all vehicles .
