Forks have been painted black. Straight handlebars too. I had to put risers on mine to clear the tank. The tail has been trimmed to look more "sporty". I'd check the tail lamp to see if it's mounted right. I don't see the rails under the passanger seat where you can strap and bungee stuff. A lot of mods, mostly visual though.
