I agree.

Bobby, if it seized from just sitting, it's probably due to rust
caused by condensation in the cylinders, so it may be salvageable with
the judicious use of solvents like greenzero describes.

If it had seized while running, different story.  You'd more likely be
looking at broken internals, requiring a teardown.

They were great bikes, but restoration depends on how motivated you
are to fool with something that old.
